About this site and how to contact us
Riyadh Interior Design is an editorial site that publishes articles about interior design. It runs on WordPress and is served through standard hosting and a caching/CDN layer.
For any privacy question or request, email [email protected]. For general inquiries use [email protected] or the Contact page shown in the site footer.
What we collect and how it reaches us
You can browse our articles without telling us who you are. We do not run advertising, affiliate tracking, a newsletter, or analytics on this site. We do not sell products and we do not take orders or payments.
Comments. Articles may allow comments. If you choose to comment, we receive the comment text you submit and the name, email address, and (optionally) a website URL you provide. WordPress also records the IP address and browser user agent at the time of submission to help with moderation and site security. Comment submissions are reviewed before appearing publicly.
Email. If you write to us at any published address on this site, we will receive your email and whatever personal data it contains. Email is routed through the normal internet mail system and our mail host. We do not provide an on-site contact form.
Server logs and technical data
Like most websites, our hosting environment and caching/CDN keep standard server logs. These logs typically include your IP address, the pages you request, the time of the request, and your browser user agent. Logs are used to keep the site reliable, secure, and fast, for example to diagnose errors and defend against abuse.
If you are an administrator signed in to manage the site, WordPress sets session cookies required for login and content management. These cookies apply only to site staff.
Cookies and local storage
This site uses only functional cookies needed to operate.
– WordPress may set cookies for commenters to remember the name, email, and website you provided so you do not need to retype them next time. These are optional and stored in your browser.
– WordPress sets session cookies for logged-in administrators.
– Our caching/CDN may set technical cookies that help deliver pages efficiently.
For more detail, see the Cookie Policy linked in our footer.
How we use your data
We use the information we collect to publish and moderate comments, respond to your messages, keep the site secure and reliable, and comply with legal obligations. We do not build advertising profiles or sell personal data.
Who can see your data
Access is limited to the small number of people who maintain this site and the service providers that make it run, such as our web host, caching/CDN, and email host. These providers may process data on our behalf to deliver, store, and transmit the site and email. We do not share personal data with marketers or ad networks.
Retention
If you leave a comment and it is approved, the comment and its metadata are kept so it can remain visible on the article and for moderation history. If you email us, we keep the correspondence as long as needed to handle the matter and maintain records.
Server and CDN logs are kept for operational and security purposes and are removed according to our providers’ standard schedules.
Your choices and rights
You can choose not to comment or not to store commenter cookies by declining them in your browser.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, delete it, or restrict or object to certain processing. You can also withdraw any consent you have given.
To make a request, email [email protected] from the address you used with us and describe what you would like us to do. We may need to verify your identity before acting. You can also raise a concern with your local data protection authority.
Children
Our content is aimed at an adult audience interested in interior design. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact [email protected] and we will address it.
International transfers
Because the internet and our caching/CDN route traffic globally, your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We apply the same practices described here regardless of where processing occurs.
Updates to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page. The revised policy will apply from the date it is posted here.
